
Recording Facilities
At Still Sharp Music we have a fully functional digital recording studio that can be hired for all your recording requirements. If you would like to be recorded then a sound engineer can be available to assist you with this. Alternatively you might like to use the equipment yourselves and hire the whole studio by the hour. The studio itself is a 16-track digital machine capable of recording 8 tracks simultaneously. Digital effects can be added as can pitch rectification for minor anomalies in vocal pitching and 'time stretch' in case the key needs to be changed once recorded. Finished products can then be recorded onto a CD or MP3 disc.

- Ibanez AF95 Hollowbody Guitar
- Casio Privia 400 digital piano/ keyboard
- Hammond X5 organ with digital leslie simulator
- Amplifier simulators (valve amp etc...)
- Large ambient studio space (if needed)
- Rehearsal space
- CD/ MP3 writing capability

- Individuals who want to create an album using backing tracks
- Individuals learning about recording technology
- Individuals who want to work with David on album projects for demos
- Groups who want to record demos (max 5)
- Groups who want to hear themselves recorded
- Groups who need rehearsal space (after 6pm)
